Earl and his wife, Debra, work as a team and combine their individual talents in real estate to create new innovative programs to better service their clients. Debra recently retired her license and continues to work as Earl's partner on the team as Director of Marketing.  

Military Relocation & Family Values

Earl's military experience uniquely qualifies him in understanding and meeting the needs of our active duty military and their families, whether relocating to the area or leaving the area, Earl loves working with our military families. Earl is the proud father of two successful children - his daughter who is a Physician's Assistant living with her husband and daughter in Florida.  Earl's son, a mechanical engineer, lives in Louisiana with with his two sons.

Giving Back to the Community

All sales create an automatic donation to the Habitat for Humanity.  Earl and Debra believe they should reach out to help others in need whenever possible.  Earl has served on the Board of Directors on the local Hampton Roads Chapter of the Military Officer's Association of America as 2nd Vice President (HRMOAA) and he and his wife have a Non-Profit Fund Raising Program that they facilitate for 501 (c) non-profits to help their cause.

He also enjoys snow skiing, traveling, outdoor activities, exercising (when time allows), learning and sharing with others to help others enrich their lives.  These things are among the treasures of life's many experiences. Just a quiet sit around the back yard with friends and family on a day off is a treasured relaxing event. It's sometimes those simple things in life that mean the most.
